Hey everyone, welcome to the Cumulus production blog. Cumulus is my thesis film at College for Creative Studies in Detroit. It will be animated by hand and compiled in Toon Boom and Aftereffects. I'm also very excited to work on the sound design for this project, after discovering last year that I love to mix sound for films in Protools.

Let's get the ball rolling with the two characters in Cumulus.

Din, on the right, is my main character. He's a little vampire with a big heart, and plenty of courage.

Shelley is his best friend, a good natured older sister type. Her name is derived from Mary Shelley, the original author of Frankenstein.
